Abishek Porel, the young uncapped opener of Delhi Capitals, destroys Tushar Deshpande with 23 runs in an over in the 32nd match of the IPL 2025 at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. The 22-year-old left-hander smashed 1 six and 4 fours to give DC a flying start on home turf.

In the second over of the DC vs RR match on April 16, Abishek Porel smashed 23 runs against RR pacer Tushar Deshpande. The left-hander started over with back-to-back fours to put pressure on the bowler. Tushar bowls a fullish ball on the next delivery, and Abishek effortlessly picks it up for six. He didn’t stop there and sent the next two deliveries racing to the fence. The 22-year-old scored 49 runs off 37 balls, including 5 fours and 1 six, before getting out to Wanindu Hasaranga.
