Indian openers Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma have once again etched their names in cricket history. During the second T20I against England at Bristol, the duo set a new world record for most partnership runs in Women’s T20Is, surpassing the Australian Pair of Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney.

Sitting on to their next is New Zealand’s pair Suzie Bates and Sophie Devine with 2,556 runs in 79 innings forming one of the most aggressive pairs in T20 history. The UAE’s Esha Rohit Oza and Theertha Satish have also impressed, amassing 1,985 runs in just 57 innings, while Esha Oza features again with Kavisha Egodage, the two putting together 1,976 runs from 50 innings. South Africa’s Tazmin Brits and Laura Wolvaardt have built a strong partnership worth 1,685 runs in 46 innings, showing great composure and technique. And finally on number 7 we have England’s batting duo of Charlotte Edwards & Sarah Taylor who have amassed a total of 1,606 runs in 57 innings
