Rohit and IPL 2025

This season has been a bit slow for Rohit Sharma as he failed to impress in the beginning of the season and was even dropped from the playing XI for the Mumbai Indians. But the explosive batter made his comeback in the last two matches and hit two solid half-centuries recently after a slow start to the season.  Hitting an unbeaten 76 from 45 balls in the return fixture against CSK, and a fluent 70 off 46 deliveries versus Sunrisers Hyderabad, which helped MI clinch a seven-wicket win. Rohit has finally found his rhythm and will now be looking for another win for the team.

Mumbai Indians are now set to face Lucknow Super Giants on Sunday afternoon at the Wankhede Stadium on 27 April 2025. After a string of losses, MI has also found its rhythm and is now sitting at the top of the points table
