ECL 2025 Final: Chennai Smashers emerges as the new winners of the ECL Season 2

Chennai Smashers claim a historic 10-wicket win in the ECL 2025 final.

Chennai Smashers have lifted the trophy of the ECL 2025 Season and have defeated them by a difference of 10 Wickets. Smashers has made history and has emerged as a new winner in the ECL history. Entertainers cricket league final showdown was set to be played between the Bengaluru Bashers and Chennai Smashers on the ground of Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Delhi.

Batting first the Abhishek Malhan team, Bengaluru Bashers posted a total of 83/10, whereas coming on the chasing end, the smashers have easily built the run momentum and led the team to winning the ECL Season 2 Trophy by 10 wickets chasing the easy 84 in just 5 overs.

Chennai Smashers won their first title

Chennai Smashers defeated the Bengaluru Bashers by wickets and lifted the ultimate trophy in their name with a special inning by the top orders Gulshan Nain and Rahul Bist who contributed to the majority of the chasing scores.

Chennai Smashers made it to the finals by defeating Lucknow lions in a cut throat Qualifier battle by 4 wickets, whereas Bengaluru Bashers entered the final winning their eliminator and Qualifier 2 matches against Kolkata Superstars and Lucknow Lions respectively.

The Chennai Smashers have lifted the season 2 trophy by defeating the Bengaluru Bashers by 10 wickets. The team led to victory with an impressive batting performance from Gulshan Nain, who scored a fifty, and the other side’s contribution was made by Rahul Bist, who contributed a total of 25 runs. Chennai chased the title in just five overs and gained a huge win without struggling much.
