Trent Boult, the new ball specialist of the Mumbai Indians, destroyed the stumps of Phil Salt on the second delivery of the first over after getting hit for a boundary on the first ball of the 20th match of the IPL 2025 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Notably, this is the 30th wicket of the left-hand bowler in the first over of the inning in the Indian Premier League.

RCB opener Phil Salt, known for his aggressive batting style, struck an amazing four between extra cover and mid-off as Trent Boult tried to swing the ball from just outside off. On the very next delivery, Boult destroyed the stumps of Salt with a full inswinger start from the middle stump.
