Lucknow Super Giants have silenced the critics as they stunned Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. SRH who are now expected to score 250+ runs in every match were limited to just 191, although 191 is a respectable score but it’s SRH who we are talking about.
In the ongoing Match 7 clash of the IPL 2025, SRH are up against LSG. Winning the toss LSG opted to field allowing the Sunrisers to come on field. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma opened for the SRH, whereas Shardul Thakur took on the bowler’s duties for the opening delivery of the match.
Nicholas continues his fiery innings
Nicholas Pooran continues his terror on the field in the second match as well. Playing against Sunrisers Hyderabad the LSG batter brought explosive innings on the field and smashed an easy fifty for just 18 deliveries. Pooran achieved the feat against Adam Zampa’s delivery hitting it for a six over deep square leg. Following his fifty, he continued to smash and hit another six the next delivery.

Lucknow Giants are on another show today. Earlier in the SRH innings, they limited the team total to 190, not as expected score from the team, and then coming for the LSG innings, Sunrisers started strong with Shami taking on the early lead with Aiden Markram’s wicket for just one run.
Following Aiden’s dismissal, Nicholas entered on the crease and started with his fiery batting. Hitting back-to-back boundaries, he increased pressure on the Sunrisers team.
Nicholas has brought the fiery fifty, continuing his last match momentum to the second match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.At the time of writing, Nicholas stands stabilized on the field with 61*21 maniacs hitting.
