Under the Captaincy of Rohit Sharma, India defeated New Zealand in a thriller-filled final to win their third title of the Champions Trophy. The Men In Blue played its final in the Dubai Cricket Stadium and clinched the victory over the Kiwis with a total of 4 wickets.
Winning the toss, New Zealand decided to bat first and posted a total of 251 with great starts from Rachin and Will Young, but then the order broke with a bowling attack from Men In Blue.
