Watch: Riyan Parag Smashes Runs And Bowlers In Intra Squad Practice Matches

IPL 2025 is around the corner and excitement for it among fans is on another level. Starting 22 March with the KKR vs RCB match the tournament will officially begin and will continue for another two months. All teams are sweating hard in the practice sessions to start the tournament from a winning note.

All teams are sweating hard and one such scenario has been spotted in nets of Rajasthan Royals practice camp where they are trying to bring their A Game before the league starts. Riyan Parag of the men in Pink side was seen smashing boundaries and dismantling bowling orders during the intra squad practice match.

Riyan Parag Blistering 144*knock before IPL 2025

Parag was in its best form during the intra squad match on Wednesday, a few days prior to their opening match of IPL 2025. He played an entertaining knock of 144 runs off just 64 balls. Remaining unbeaten he smashed 10 sixes and 16 fours as boundaries.

In a video released by the RR Social media handles, Riyan Parag can be seen walking back to the pavilion after an explosive knock of 144 runs.  It wasn’t Parag who was happy with his performance, his teammates were also seen praising him for his wonderful knock.

However, skipper Sanju Samson said “Well Done Macha,” while youngsters Dhruv Jurel and Yashasvi Jaiswal teased Parag with “What A Riyan Yaar” statement that seemed to be going viral on social media. The video was titled “144* (64) – What a Riyan Yaar” as he is getting recognised by his teammates.

Riyan Parag has been with the Rajasthan Royals for five seasons now and had his best of IPL 2024 with highest score being an unbeaten 84 runs off 45 balls against Delhi Capitals. By doing so, he became the top scorer for a Rajasthan Royals batter at the number four position.
