Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya has taken his first-ever five-wicket haul in the IPL against Lucknow Super Giants in match no. 16 of the IPL 2025 at Ekana Stadium, Lucknow. Thanks to his fifer, MI managed to restrict LSG to 203 in 20 overs.

The 31-year-old Hardik Pandya took five wickets of Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran, Rishabh Pant, David Miller, and Akash Deep against LSG in his four overs, giving 36 runs. Hardik showcased his amazing bowling skills using variations and ground dimensions outstandingly well. He dismissed the four in-form batters and Akash Deep to restrict LSG to 203 in 20 overs.

The MI captain first dismissed in-form Nicholas Pooran in his first over on just 12 runs off 6 balls. In the next over, he removes Rishabh Pant on 2 runs and takes the wicket of danger-looking Aiden Markaram in his third over on 53 off 38 balls. He took two wickets in his last over of David Miller and Akash Deep to complete his first-ever five-wicket haul in IPL.
