Yashasvi Jaiswal hits a four on the first ball of the first over to Khaleel Ahmad past extra cover with a beautiful swing of the bat. However, the fast bowler didn’t take kindly to being hit early and made a strong comeback, dismissing Jaiswal on his third delivery with a fiery send-off.

Jaiswal just clipped the ball in the air, and it went straight to Ravichandran Ashwin’s hand. He tried to drive on up but could not get to the top of it. With this, the poor form of the left-hander continues, as he scored 1, 29, and 4 in his first three innings of IPL 2025, respectively.

Rajasthan Royals Playing XI: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson, Nitish Rana, Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel, Shimron Hetmyer, Wanindu Hasaranga, Jofra Archer, Maheesh Theekshana, Tushar Deshpande, Sandeep Sharma

Chennai Super Kings Playing XI: Rachin Ravindra, Rahul Tripathi, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Vijay Shankar, Jamie Overton, Ravindra Jadeja, MS Dhoni, Ravichandran Ashwin, Noor Ahmad, Khaleel Ahmed, Matheesha Pathirana

Rajsthan Royals played two matches and lost both the matches to Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders. The team struggled a lot with their bowling lineup in both matches, while batters did some good work in the first game but only managed to put up a total of 153 in the second game.

After defeating Mumbai Indians by 4 wickets, Chennai Super Kings lost their last match to Royal Challengers Bangalore by 50 runs at Chepauk after 17 years. The team struggled with both bat and bowl in the match. The team lacks the batting depth, and apart from Noor Ahmad and Maheesha Theekshana, no other bowlers were able to impress.
