India’s next international assignment will begin with the Asia Cup 2025, which will be played in the UAE. The tournament will start in mid-September in the T20I format and will feature group matches. India will kick-start their campaign against the UAE on September 10, followed by two high-profile matches against Pakistan and Oman. These matches will be crucial as the top two teams from the group stage will advance to the Super Four and potentially the final.

After the Asia Cup, the Men in Blue will return to red-ball cricket as they host West Indies for a two-Test series in October. The matches will be played in Indian cities and will be part of the WTC 2025-27 cycle. Soon, after, India will travel to Australia for a white-ball tour featuring three ODIs and five T20Is between October 19 and November 8.

Next up after this series is a home series against South Africa, beginning with two Tests in Kolkata and Guwahati in mid-November. That’s followed by three ODIs and five T20Is across cities like Ranchi, Raipur, and other cities of India. After this, at the beginning of 2026, India will host New Zealand for a limited-overs series featuring five T20Is and three ODIs from January 11 to 31, 2026. The matches are spread across Nagpur, Raipur, and Baroda.
