Bowling against Kiwis, Mohammad Shami dismissed the top batting order of Kiwis including wickets of Devon Conway, Rachin Ravindra, Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell. Le later on finished with wickets of Tim Southee and Lockie Ferguson.

Venkatesh Prasad* 3/27

Playing in the Final of the ICC KnockOut match at Nairobi (Gym), October 15, 2000, Prasad delivered this spell but couldn’t help his team win the final match. Batting first India posted a total of  264/6 in the 50 overs and coming on chase New Zealand finished the match with a win by 4 wickets.

Prasad helped the team with earlier wickets of the top batting order, including Craig Spearman and Stephen Fleming. Later on, Venkatesh also took an important wicket of Chris Harris, but his spell couldn’t do the job alone, and the team lost to New Zealand.
