The Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2025 is all set to bring back the exciting domestic cricket action to the lands of Karnataka in August. Organized by the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), this T20 tournament is now coming back to host its fourth edition and will run from August 11 to August 28. The tournament will feature six teams representing different regions of the state, including Mysore Warriors, Bengaluru Blasters, Hubli Tigers, Gulbarga Mystics, Shivamogga Lions, and Mangaluru Dragons.
With key players including Karun Nair, Mayank Agarwal, and Devdutt Padikkal, the season will host many renowned players on the lands of Karnataka. This season, however, has some challenges, due to the recent tragic incident of the Bengaluru stampede after RCB’s win, the KSCA is still waiting for police clearance to use the Chinnaswamy ground. Although the full schedule has been released, the matches might get shifted to Alur and Mysuru. Also, as a safety measure, no fans will be allowed in the stadium, and all games will be played without any live audience on the ground.

Venue of Maharaja T20 Trophy, 2025
The Maharaja T20 Trophy 2025 is scheduled to be held at the iconic M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This stadium has hosted many of the domestic and especially the IPL Matches. However, due to the recent stampede incident following the RCB win in IPL 2025, the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) is waiting for police clearance to use the venue. In case the organizers do not get clearance, alternate venues like the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Alur and the Wodeyar Grounds in Mysore are being considered to host the tournament matches. Regardless of the location, the tournament will be played behind closed doors without spectators as a safety measure.
