The Andhra Premier League is a T20 format league which is one of the major domestic leagues of the country, played in the regional area of Andhra Pradesh. Organised by the  Andhra Cricket Association, the league is played amongst a total of 7 franchises, where they go against one another in the round robin format, and then after a set of league stage matches, move to play in the knockout or playoffs. The league was first started in the year 2022, and this is going to be the 4th edition of the 20-20 franchise cricket league.

The APL 2025 is going to feature 25 matches starting from August 8 to August 23. With a schedule of over two weeks, the tournament is all set to feature seven teams for the regional tournament. All the matches of the season are scheduled on the grounds of the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam.

Andhra Premier League 2025(APL): Teams and Captains

A total of seven teams are participating in this edition of the Andhra Premier League.
