The 2025-26 Women’s Big Bash League is also known as WBBL|11, is set to bring live cricket action of women’s T20 Cricket from 9 November to 13 December 2025. Organized by Cricket Australia, this tournament remains to be one of the most popular tournaments among the premier domestic women’s leagues in the world, Featuring a total of eight teams, the WBBL will follow a double round-robin format before moving on to the knockout stage of the tournament. Across 43 action-packed matches, the teams will battle out first in the league stage and then depending on their points table standing they will move to the knockout stage. The WBBL follows a double round robin format which leads to the knockout finals- The thrilling and engaging cricket playoffs. The league not only showcases the talents of current and former Australian national team members but also provides a platform for the country’s best young talent and up to three overseas marquee players per team.

The 2025-26 Women’s Big Bash League will bring on eight competitive teams led by experienced and talented captains from across the nation. Adelaide Strikers will be captained by Tahlia McGrath, while Brisbane would rely on the leadership of Jess Jonassen.
