As KL Rahul has now joined the DC camp, the batter will straight walk into the playing XI of DC. He is expected to replace Abishek Porel in the starting XI and might open the inning as well with Jake Fraser McGurk.

The batting unit managed to put up a total of 190 in the first inning after some early wickets. However, the bowling unit of the team struggled a lot against LSG batters.
